Dangers of Dehydration in the Work Place
There are multiple dangers of being dehydrated. Lots of these dangers require medical attention immediately. Some of these dangers include the following: abdominal pain, fever, unintentional weight loss, loss of appetite, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, dry skin, pain, and gastrointestinal bleeding. Dehydration also affects your brain. It will affect your mood, your cognitive and motor skills, and your memory. It can also shrink your brain. Severe dehydration can also cause death. Some signs of severe dehydrations include: having very dark yellow pee or not being able to pee, rapid heartbeat, rapid breathing, sunken eyes, sleepiness, lack of energy, confusion, and fainting.
